About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and manage online marketplace accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless account operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong relationships with marketplace partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Manage and maintain marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and stakeholders.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability across e-commerce channels.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities.
Catalog & Content Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate product information and inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for enhanced product presentation.
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage returns, refunds, and customer service escalations related to marketplace accounts.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs including sales, conversion rates, ROAS, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights based on marketplace and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management or Marketplace Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
