Sales Development Representative (SDR) — US Outbound

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound efforts into the US manufacturing market. In this role, you will identify the right decision-makers and reach them through a combination of cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations and book qualified discovery calls for our leadership team. This is a focused outbound position — your success is measured by the quality of conversations you start and the qualified meetings you generate. Deal closing is handled by senior leadership; your mandate is to build a strong, consistent top of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of US manufacturers using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Make outbound cold calls to operations and technology decision-makers, opening conversations and booking discovery calls
- Design and execute multi-touch cold email sequences that complement and reinforce your calling efforts
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including personalized connection requests, messages, and voice notes
- Run coordinated outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize response rates from each account
- Engage and qualify replies and call responses, guiding interested prospects toward discovery calls
- Maintain healthy email deliverability across multiple sending inboxes
- Track and report on key outbound metrics across all channels, continuously refining messaging and call approach based on performance
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen targeting, positioning, and outreach strategy
Required Qualifications
- Proven outbound sales experience selling to US or North American B2B buyers
- Strong cold calling skills, with a track record of opening conversations and booking meetings by phone
- Demonstrated experience writing and running cold email sequences that generate meetings
- Confident, clear, and personable communication with US buyers on the phone and in writing
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and an outbound sequencing or dialing platform (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach, or similar)
- Ability to work US business hours consistently
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
- Comfortable being measured on activity and outcomes, including call volume
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at an IT services company selling into the US market
- Background in selling services rather than only software products
- Familiarity with manufacturing buyers or ERP/MES terminology
- Comfortable creating and sending LinkedIn voice notes and short personalized videos

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
