BIW Fixture Design Engineer UG-Nx (1–3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Body-in-White (BIW) fixture design, expertise in UG-Nx. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and detailing welding fixtures, checking fixtures, and assembly tools used in automotive manufacturing.
Value addition: Experience working on Daimlar/ Mercedes Benz and GM Standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BIW fixture design concepts (locators, clamps, pins, base units)
- Hands-on experience in CAD tools (UG-Nx preferred)
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of welding processes (spot welding, MIG, etc.)
- Basic understanding of automotive manufacturing processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
