Key Responsibilities
- Deployment: Test and calibrate, map floors and connect robots to local Wi-Fi at customer sites.
- Site Surveys: Assess Wi-Fi strength, elevators, and corridors at customer sites
- Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, software updates, and hardware repairs (sensors, batteries, wheels, screens).
- Inventory & Documentation: Manage spare parts stock and log all service reports/photos into the company ticketing system.
- Client Interaction: Train staff on robot usage and represent the company professionally in premium environments.
Requirements
- Education: ITI, Diploma or Btech in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with hand tools (multimeter, soldering iron) and basic tech (laptops, Google Sheets, WhatsApp).
- Communication: Basic English reading/writing (for manuals); Hindi or local language for daily tasks.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, honest, and "presentable" for luxury hospitality settings.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily within the city and occasionally across India.
