Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities into clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business avenues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and conferences to expand business reach
- Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong client retention through excellent service and follow-ups
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance updates, and market insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong networking skills and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
