Job Description :
1.Holds the whole responsibility of the Quality of the Project-MEP
related activities.
2.Quality of the Work to be followed based on the SRI BABY
Systems, Protocols and Methodology.
3. Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the
project site
4. Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical
specifications
5.Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings
and project standards
6. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and subcontractor teams to
avoid clashes and delays
7.Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
8. Conduct inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance
9.Assist in material planning, procurement, and delivery
coordination
10.Attend project meetings and resolve site coordination issues
11. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Qualification and Job
Specification :
BE EEE, ELECTRICAL or, D.EEE, D. ELECTRICAL.
1.Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2.
2.Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP coordination/site execution
3.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting
systems
4.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
5.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools
6.Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
7.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
8.Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise projects
9.Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
10.Experience in testing and commissioning
