Job Overview:
We are looking for a Computer Operator cum HR Assistant who has good knowledge of computer operations and can support basic HR activities. The candidate should be comfortable with MS Excel, MS Word, email handling, and basic design tools like Photoshop.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print documents (page setup, formatting, printing)
- Create letters, reports, and documents in MS Word
- Draft and send emails, maintain email records
- Create and manage data in MS Excel (basic formulas, sheets)
- Maintain files and documentation (soft & hard copy)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for simple edits/designs
HR Support Work:
- Maintain employee attendance records
- Prepare appointment letters and documents
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews
- Maintain employee data and records
- Helpers requirement full fill
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas), Word, and Email
- Computer operation skills (printing, formatting, file handling)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR/admin work
- Good typing speed
- Basic communication skills
- (Hindi/English)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
