Role Overview
Hiring two strong Salesforce Business Analysts to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams across Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can own requirements from discovery through UAT and release, while ensuring practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities.
- Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend Salesforce-led process improvements.
- Convert business needs into clear user stories, process flows, use cases, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
- Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and project managers to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Configure and validate declarative Salesforce capabilities where applicable, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, security, and sharing.
- Support requirements and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, and related Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage and refine product backlogs; facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Define test scenarios, coordinate SIT/UAT, support defect triage, validate fixes, and obtain business sign-off.
- Prepare process maps, BRDs/FRDs, functional specifications, data-mapping documents, release notes, training materials, and user guides.
- Work with integration teams to document data flows, interface requirements, API dependencies, error handling, and business rules.
- Support data migration activities, including field mapping, data-quality validation, reconciliation, and business acceptance.
- Provide clear project updates, raise risks/dependencies early, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver end-user training and support change-management activities during go-live and adoption phases.
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security, compliance, and Salesforce best-practice standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience, with significant experience in Salesforce projects.
- Proven end-to-end experience on Salesforce implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, or managed-services engagements.
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; knowledge of Experience Cloud is preferred.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware concepts, and data migration processes.
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong UAT ownership: test planning, test-case preparation, defect management, user coordination, and sign-off.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience working with a reputed MNC is mandatory.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is strongly preferred; Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications are an advantage.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
