Interior Design Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for our interior design services. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, build strong relationships, coordinate with the design team, and successfully close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field marketing.
- Meet potential clients and understand their interior design requirements and budget.
- Present the company's services, portfolio, and design solutions professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and design consultations.
- Work closely with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Update CRM or sales records with lead status and client information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and materials (preferred).
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or home improvement.
- English fluency
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
