Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory, material handling, stock records, and store operations for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control, inward/outward management, stock reconciliation, and coordination with site and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward/outward material entries and stock records.
- Verify materials against PO, invoices, challans, and specifications.
- Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Gate Passes, Stock Registers, and Inventory Reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, tracking, and housekeeping of materials.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Vendors, Contractors, and Transporters.
- Prevent material wastage, damage, and unauthorized stock movement.
Required Skills
- Experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, and Material Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Inventory Management Software.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and support smooth site operations.
