Role Definition: As a RSM, your primary responsibility is to manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. You will also be responsible for understanding market dynamics, supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient execution of strategies, and handling client escalations. The TSM role demands proactive customer engagement and collaboration with the internal team to achieve set revenue targets and maintain a strong market presence.
Responsibility & Deliverables:
● Achieving higher revenue targets in line with company growth objectives.
● Leading a team of BDEs, mentoring them to achieve individual targets.
● Developing and implementing sales strategies based on market analysis.
● Expanding business across various regions and industries within the signage sector.
● Conducting market research to anticipate trends and adjust pricing and product strategies.
● Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders and clients to promote long-term business relationships.
● Driving customer retention initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Conducting regular meetings with senior management to review sales performance and market strategies.
● Coordinating with the logistics and product development teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
● Ensuring prompt handling of escalated customer complaints and issues.
● Practicing fair trade and always upholding the integrity of the company.
● Maintain Cordial relations with existing clients and build rapport with new clients.
● Scheduling of Calls, Visit Calendar, ensuring timely visits and effective reporting.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
