Job Summary
Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, client relationship, and negotiation skills with experience in the diamond or jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewellery products.
- Educate customers about diamond certification, quality, and product value.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Design and Merchandising teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in Diamond, Jewellery, or Luxury Goods Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of certified diamonds and diamond grading will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B or B2C diamond/jewellery sales.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, if required.
