The Principal will serve as the head of the school and will be responsible for driving excellence in academics, student development, curriculum innovation, faculty growth, school culture, and operational efficiency.
The role requires a visionary leader who can implement experiential, skill-based, inquiry-driven, and Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies while ensuring alignment with NEP 2020, CBSE standards, and 21st-century learning practices.
The Principal will lead the school towards becoming a future-ready institution with strong academic outcomes, progressive pedagogy, global exposure, and holistic student development.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory.
- Additional certifications in educational leadership, curriculum design, or school management preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in teaching and school leadership.
- Prior experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head preferred.
- Experience in CBSE, International, or progressive schools preferred.
- Strong exposure to PBL, experiential learning, and innovative curriculum practices.
- Experience in teacher training and academic audits preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with exposure to Teach For India or innovative education models will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogy and future-ready education.
