We are currently looking for creative, design-driven, and technically capable individuals to join our team as UI/UX Developer Interns. This is a hybrid role for people who think like designers and build like developers - someone who can research, wireframe, and design a product experience, then take it forward into working, well-structured code.
The ideal candidate has a genuine understanding of what makes a design good: colour, contrast, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and usability. They should be confident using AI tools to generate, iterate, and refine design work at speed, while still applying their own design judgement to everything they ship.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, modern, and visually strong user interfaces for websites, web applications, and digital campaigns
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma
- Apply strong colour theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles across all design deliverables
- Build and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and brand-consistent style guides
- Translate approved designs into clean, responsive frontend code in collaboration with the development team
- Conduct basic user research, usability reviews, and design iterations based on feedback and performance data
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, and marketing professionals to ensure design supports both user experience and business goals
- Use AI-powered design and development tools to generate concepts, accelerate iteration, and elevate creative output
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Strong design sensibility - a demonstrated understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, spacing, contrast, and visual hierarchy
- Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals including user flows, information architecture, usability, and accessibility
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is also acceptable)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement designs in code
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly, rather than relying on aesthetics alone
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic professional setting
- A portfolio or design samples are required for this role
- Should understand how AI can accelerate design exploration, generate and refine visual concepts, improve development efficiency, and support modern creative and engineering practices - while still applying independent design judgement to the final output.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
