Overflow Collective Studios is a boutique content and communications studio that helps businesses build brands people remember.
We're currently looking for a Content Associate Intern to work with us on a premium healthcare brand.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks in visuals, notices good design, and enjoys creating content that feels intentional.
What you will do:
- Capture photo and video content during shoots, events, and on-site visits.
- Film Instagram Reels and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar sottware.
- Design simple social media creatives using Canva.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Assist with YouTube uploads and content repurposing.
- Organize and maintain a content library.
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas and campaigns.
What we are looking for:
We're not looking for someone with the longest resume.
We're looking for someone with a good eye.
Someone who understands composition, lighting, storytelling, and what makes content feel premium.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a portfolio, creator page, or Instagram account that showcases your creative work.
- Enjoy photography, videography, or visual storytelling.
- Have experience creating Reels or short-form content.
- Are comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Stay up to date with content trends while knowing when not to follow them.
- Can travel to the office two to three days a week.
- Own a smartphone capable of capturing high-quality photos and videos.
- Have access to a personal laptop for editing, content management, and day-to-day work.
Bonus points if:
- You've created content for a brand, college club, or small business.
- You enjoy lifestyle, wellness, luxury, or healthcare content.
- You pay attention to details that others often miss.
- Your Instagram feed or portfolio reflects a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
