About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR with experience in handling the employee
life cycle and is familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Our ideal candidate is someone with
a background in Psychology and is keenly interested in building a career in training & organisation
development.
Responsibilities

Handle the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.

Work with the HR team and HOD’s to understand talent development roadblocks

Build the training plan for each team and execute it. This includes content development & execution.

Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.

Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or related field

1+ years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are also welcome)

Adept at Microsoft office and ability to learn new tech platforms.
