We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of branding and creative projects across strategy, design, and content. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and turns creative ideas into well-managed outcomes.
What you'll do
Coordinate project workflows, timelines, tasks, and deliverables across clients and internal teams
Manage briefs, feedback, revisions, documentation, and project updates
Maintain clear communication, track progress, and flag risks early
Support quality control and improve team workflows and efficiency
Consistently follow up on monthly payment collections, as timely collections are critical to the business
Identify and flag potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities at each project milestone
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience
Experience in a creative, branding, marketing, or agency environment
Strong communication, coordination, organisation, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools
Interest in AI tools for productivity, research, organisation, and creative operations
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
