Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Respond to inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, convert them into sales opportunities where applicable.
Maintain and update customer databases or CRM systems with details of interactions.
Provide friendly, professional customer service, and escalate issues when needed.
Work closely with sales or marketing teams to support overall business objectives.
