Job Description
A dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services to clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Previous experience in telesales, tele calling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Experienced with excellent communication skills apply.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
