Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems for Analyser Shelters used in hazardous industrial environments.
- Perform heat load calculations and prepare HVAC design calculations.
- Select and size HVAC equipment including blowers, radiators, cooling coils, heating coils, and chemical filters.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, equipment selection sheets, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure HVAC designs comply with customer specifications, project requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Project teams during design and execution.
- Review vendor technical documents and assist in technical evaluations.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and design modifications whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC Design, preferably for Analyser Shelters or industrial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and hazardous area requirements.
- Experience in heat load calculations and HVAC equipment selection.
- Familiarity with the sizing and selection of blowers, radiators, cooling coils, heating coils, and chemical filters.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design calculations.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
