Roles & Responsibilities.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
- Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Develop and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue business with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure companies.
Market & Dealer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners for order generation and collections.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
- Gather feedback from customers and recommend strategies for product positioning.
Customer Service & Collection
- Ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up for timely payments and credit control.
- Provide technical guidance regarding product quality and usage, if required.
