We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive for our Ethnic Wear fashion brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and orders, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities (CRM – Ethnic Wear)
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and online customers
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely solutions
Order Management & Follow-ups
- Coordinate customer orders from booking to dispatch
- Share order status, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups with customers
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
Sales & Support Coordination
- Support the sales team with customer data and follow-ups
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and dispatch teams
- Assist in repeat sales, upselling, and customer retention
CRM Data & Reporting
- Maintain CRM software for customer database
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and purchase history
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM and sales reports
Brand & Customer Experience
- Ensure a professional and pleasant brand experience
- Collect customer feedback on product quality, fitting, delivery, and service
- Share market feedback with management and design teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in CRM / customer support (fashion or retail preferred)
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email & basic CRM tools
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
