* Clear understanding of the management’s expectations of the store
* Developing business strategies to increase footfall, raise revenue in order to achieve targets
* Maintaining a high morale within the team and a take on attitude to challenges faced
* Ensuring the team follows all SOPs and brand policies
* Ensuring all reports are sent accurately and on time to Senior Management
* Ensuring problems faced are reported to the Operations Manager on time with solutions
* Any snags in store are reported to the concerned departments and is effectively fixed at the earliest
* Following up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of snags
* Identifying customer needs and feedback to report back to the merchandising team, so that the store’s stock is optimum
* Ensuring best sellers are always in stock and replenished at the earliest. Maintain optimum stock at all times
* Maintaining the inventory is displayed within Visual Merchandising standards and is kept clean
* Being in lieu with mall activities and relevant store activities and assessing their outcome to ensure the store partakes in the relevant ones
* Developing strategies in order train and improve the store team
* Build and maintain long term relationships by providing a high customer experience
* Ensuring Daily briefings are taking place with the team, for each of them to be allotted individual targets and deliverables
* Deal with issues that arise from staff and assert trust in them
1. Experience Required :
* Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager of 5+ years
* Customer management skills and interpersonal skills
* Adaptability and problem solving skills (critical thinker)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
