The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the Isuzu brand. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, ensuring that every customer receives a premium experience that aligns with Isuzu’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and active prospecting.
- Product Expertise: Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the unique value propositions of Isuzu vehicles.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure effective lead tracking and follow-up.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, finance, and accessory targets.
- Post-Sale Support: Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive brand loyalty.
Candidate Requirements
- Professional Background: 1–5 years of proven experience in automobile sales (Commercial or Luxury segments preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Credentials: A valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, a professional grooming standard, and a results-oriented mindset.
