Job Description:
Sky Gold is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and supporting sales activities by communicating effectively with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain a database of customer information
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
