We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating vehicle service and repairs, providing service estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle reception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repairs.
- Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
- Handle service documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.
- Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills can apply.
- Experienced candidates with prior experience in automobile service advisory roles will be preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and handle multiple customer interactions effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
