Tax Management
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Maintain compliance with all current tax laws and regulatory requirements.
2. Accounting Systems
- Maintain financial records using Tally and ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.
3. Audit Coordination
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to support audit processes.
4. Bank Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
5. Financial Planning
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic financial decisions.
6. Month-end and Year-end Closing
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and finance ( Same Filed )
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems.
- Experience with jewellery industry-specific accounting software is a plus.
Analytical and Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
