- Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating qualified leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media platforms, online portals, referrals, and direct client meetings.
- Present and promote company services professionally, including website development, software development, mobile applications, digital marketing, CRM, ERP, AI tools, automation solutions, and complete IT services.
- Understand client business requirements through effective communication, requirement discussions, and problem analysis to recommend suitable technology-based solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AI tools and AI-based business solutions, with the ability to understand how AI can be integrated into websites, CRM, ERP, marketing, customer support, workflow automation, reporting, and other business processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring regular follow-ups, timely responses, professional communication, and long-term customer engagement.
- Schedule client meetings, product/service discussions, and business presentations to explain solutions, clarify requirements, and support the sales conversion process.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, service details, and project requirement documents in consultation with the technical, marketing, and management teams.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate requirement collection, smooth communication, proper project handover, and timely updates.
- Maintain accurate business records, including lead details, client information, follow-up status, CRM updates, daily reports, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Support business growth and revenue generation by achieving assigned targets, improving client conversion, identifying upselling opportunities, and expanding the company’s market reach.
- Represent Winzone Softech professionally by maintaining high standards of communication, customer satisfaction, service explanation, and brand reputation in the market.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
