Position Overview
We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) who will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients, including investment advisory, insurance planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, analytical, and capable of building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial need analysis and risk profiling of clients
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals
- Provide investment advisory across mutual funds, equity, debt, and other financial instruments
- Design insurance and risk management strategies
- Assist clients with retirement, tax, and estate planning
- Review and rebalance client portfolios periodically
- Maintain regular communication and relationship management with clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Generate business through client referrals and networking
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth execution
Required Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification / Pursuing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- MBA (Finance)
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning / wealth management

- Strong knowledge of financial products and markets

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial planning tools

Pay: ₹10,753.16 - ₹49,558.20 per month
