Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Course Admin Manager to oversee and manage course administration activities within our EdTech organization. The role involves coordinating course schedules, managing student records, handling Learning Management System (LMS) operations, ensuring smooth learner onboarding, and collaborating with academic, operations, and support teams to deliver an excellent learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end course administration and academic operations.
- Coordinate course scheduling, batch creation, and faculty allocation.
- Monitor student enrollment, onboarding, attendance, and course progress.
- Manage and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) data, content uploads, and user access.
- Ensure course materials, assessments, assignments, and certificates are updated and accurately maintained.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support through calls, emails, and communication platforms.
- Generate and maintain reports on student performance, course completion, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with academic, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, academic standards, and operational SOPs.
- Identify process improvements to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
