Job Summary
The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive showroom sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates from the Furniture, Retail Interior, Home Décor, Modular Furniture, or Building Materials industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
- Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and products are presented professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Monitor market trends and provide customer feedback to the management.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Sales.
- Experience in Furniture, Retail Interior Design, Home Décor, Modular Furniture, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Building Materials, or Lifestyle Retail is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA will be an added advantage).
