Job Summary:
The waiter is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests during outdoor catering (ODC) events, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend guests politely.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Arrange tables, chairs, plates, and service items.
- Maintain cleanliness during and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and supervisors.
- Refill water, food trays, and service items when needed.
- Follow event timings and instructions properly.
- Handle guests respectfully and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum basic education.
- Good communication skills.
- Neat grooming and hygiene.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Experience in hotel/catering service preferred.
