Job Summary
WeArch Developers is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, convert high-value leads into successful projects, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills with experience in construction, architecture, interior design, or real estate sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and close high-value sales opportunities for architecture, construction, interior design, renovation, and landscaping projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Manage and mentor the Sales Executive team by assigning targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads generated through website, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor CRM data, lead pipelines, and sales performance to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize project agreements.
- Track monthly sales targets, revenue, and team KPIs while submitting regular reports to management.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales Executives to build a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales.
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
