Job Descriotion
Monitor and control the Auto Dispensing Chemical and Dyestuff System. Perform daily stock inventory checks for dyes and chemicals as per production planning. Maintain dyes and chemical consumption records in the SAP system cost center-wise. Check daily stock levels and generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP. Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and material handling. Review daily dyes and chemical stock and send material requirements to suppliers. Prepare monthly dyes and chemical costing reports. Verify PPC requirements for dyes and chemicals shade code-wise through PPC emails. Ensure timely availability of dyes and chemicals for smooth production operations. Maintain accurate inventory and consumption data to avoid shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with production, PPC, stores, and suppliers for effective material planning and control.
