We are seeking an Accountant/Office Assistant to join our team at Vision Pharma. This dual-role position will involve managing various accounting tasks as well as providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with administrative duties that support our business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports and managing bank reconciliations.
3. Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth office operations.
4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
5. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
6. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
7. Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining organized records.
8. Support in preparing financial documents for audits and other compliance requirements.
9. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all accounting and administrative tasks.
