Project Manager – Civil
Patna, Bihar | Full-Time | Experience: 5-10 Years About the Role We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee end-to-end delivery of civil/infrastructure projects in Patna and across Bihar. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor civil projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, govt.) Manage timelines, budgets, BOQ, and resource allocation Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors & subcontractors Liaise with govt. bodies (BUIDCO, BRPNNL, NHAI, PMDA) for approvals & NOCs Ensure quality, safety, and IS code compliance on site Submit MIS reports and lead site team (engineers, supervisors, labour) Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) M.Tech / MBA in Project Management (preferred) 5-10 years experience; min. 3 years in PM role Experience handling projects of ₹5 Cr and above Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera P6 Prior experience in Bihar / Eastern India preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
