Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS. The candidate will lead end-to-end application development, solution design, technical decisions, code reviews, and team mentoring.
Required Skills
- Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React and Angular
- PostgreSQL, database schema design and SQL optimization
- AWS services: RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS and Lambda
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and deployment automation
- Software design patterns and enterprise application architecture
- Team leadership, code reviews and mentoring
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
