The firm takes its name from Frederick Withum, Leonard Smith, and Ivan Brown, who founded their self-titled company in 1974 in Middlesex County, N.J., USA. The firm’s founders began their careers at larger accounting firms, and when they struck out on their own, their idea was to provide personalized service to companies that were still growing. They also decided that they wanted their firm to be "people‐focused," putting the emphasis on both client service and staff development.

The Creative Supervisor plays a dual-role leader within the creative services team—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. This role is responsible for assigning and prioritizing work, developing and mentoring junior talent, and stepping into projects as needed to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery. How You’ll Spend Your Time:
Workflow Management
Partner with the Creative Manager to prioritize incoming work and ensure consistent visibility and alignment across all active projects.
Lead or actively participate in scrum meeting, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Partner with project management and marketing leadership to align on timelines, deliverables, and scope.
Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of final outputs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior and mid-level creative staff.
Conduct regular check-ins to review workload, performance, and professional development goals.
Coach team members on creative thinking, execution, and presentation skills.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
Participate in performance reviews and contribute to talent development planning.
Hands-On Creative Contribution
Actively contribute to concept development, design, and execution of key projects, especially high-priority or complex initiatives.
Step in to support workload spikes or fill skill gaps within the team.
Review and refine creative output to ensure consistency with brand standards and strategic objectives.
Lead by example in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Creative Quality & Brand Stewardship
Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, tone, and strategic positioning.
Maintain a high standard of creative excellence across all outputs.
Identify opportunities to elevate creative approaches and introduce new ideas or efficiencies.
4-5 Years of experience in an in-house professional services environment.
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and execution.
Technical Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and incorporation of AI in workflow
On-time delivery of projects with high-quality creative output.
Effective team utilization and balanced workload distribution.
