College Guru is a leading education guidance company helping students choose the right academic programs and build successful careers. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and passionate Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, referrals, networking, and institutional partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Promote College Guru's educational services and admission support programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, and organizations.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits when required.
