Degree in Hospital management / administration and also who has been part of the Quality team from the medical background
Be responsible for defining, applying, monitoring and improve the quality system of the team.
- Ensure systems, people and processes are functioning as expected.
- Systems
- Ensure harmony between the procedures and BMTPlus. Ensure systems continues to provide timely and accurate information seamlessly.
- Monitor relationships and dependencies with external parties are defined as needed and working as expected. This includes labs, blood centres, drug suppliers, facilities etc.
- Ensure adequare availability of resources and facilities to enable seamless delivery of work
- Ensure systems provide the users measurable, accessible and clear performance assessment
- People
- Ensure compliance and adherence to policies and procedures laid out for the program
- Ensure adequate number of trained professionals are available for the program
- Ensure patient and donor selection happens as per the defined procedures
- Ensures that the duty roster is updated and circulated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
