Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can generate leads, conduct client meetings/site visits, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships for residential and commercial plotting projects.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through references, calling, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project presentations.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports and client feedback reports.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and customers.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaign activities.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, collections, and customer documentation.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 7+ years in Real Estate Sales
- Education: Graduate preferred
- Candidate should have experience in:
- Plot sales
- Residential/Commercial real estate
- Site visit handling
- Client acquisition

Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
