About the Role
Fundamenta Agency is hiring a Graphic Designer who works well across formats. This is a generalist role for someone with a strong design sensibility and the ability to shift between brand, marketing, and communication work without dropping standards.
You will work on client projects across B2B sectors including industrial manufacturing, pharma, and corporate services. Range matters here. So does consistency.
What You'll Work On
- Brand identity support and visual communication
- Social media creatives and digital marketing assets
- Client presentations and pitch decks
- Corporate brochures and company profiles
- Marketing collaterals across print and digital
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to handle varied briefs across formats and industries
- A portfolio that demonstrates range across brand and marketing design
- Ability to manage multiple projects with consistent quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe InDesign (layout-heavy projects)
- Prior experience in a design or brand agency
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
