- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in PF & ESI registrations, monthly filings, and employee-related compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and auditors whenever required.
- Support HR Manager in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
