Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, digital platforms, and local networking.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in Kannada is required. English and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Dharwad and nearby areas for customer meetings and site visits.
