Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, identifying top talent through multiple channels, building talent pipelines, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business hiring objectives.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media platforms, professional networks, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market research to identify talent availability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market insights, talent availability data, and recruitment recommendations.
- Drive hiring strategies for challenging and hard-to-fill positions.
HR & Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Strategic Sourcing.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and talent mapping.
- Experience using ATS platforms and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Semiconductor, SaaS, IT, or B2B Sales roles.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
Pay: ₹276,832.08 - ₹700,000.00 per year
