As a Freelance/Contract Photographer & Videographer at Meragi, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in photography, videography, and social media marketing. Your creativity will be key in creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities :
- Shoot and edit high-quality visual content related to weddings and other events (includes BTS).
- Interact with wedding industry professionals and sometimes guests as part of content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
- Monitor social media trends to suggest new ideas that fit our audience.
- Participate in other photoshoots and video productions as the social content creator.
Requirements :
- Based in Goa.
- Own an iPhone (preferably a recent model) and gimbal capable of capturing high-quality photos and videos.
- Must have their own shooting equipment (gimbal, tripod, lights, etc., if required).
- Capture weddings and events with a focus on social media content.
- Shoot both photos and videos in vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats.
- Have a good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Prior experience in wedding, event, or lifestyle photography/content creation is preferred.
- Be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at live events.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, décor, guest interactions, and key highlights.
- Deliver high-resolution photos and videos promptly after each event.
- Share a portfolio or sample work while applying.
