Key Responsibilities
Ambulance Operations Management/ Cluster
- Lead and manage day-to-day ambulance operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely deployment and availability of ambulances for emergency and non-emergency services.
- Monitor operational performance, response times, service quality, and fleet utilization.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs to enhance service efficiency and patient safety.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure effective ambulance allocation and route optimization.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor ambulance drivers, EMTs, dispatch executives, and operational staff.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, hospitals, healthcare partners, and government agencies.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
- Handle critical incidents and operational escalations effectively.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during emergencies and large-scale events.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai District, Maharashtra
