Machine Maintenance Technician / Engineer – Injection Moulding

Location: Sunguvarchatram, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems in injection moulding machines.
- Handle maintenance of toggle mechanism, hydraulic system, clamping unit, injection unit, and mechanical assemblies.
- Inspect and maintain toggle links, bushes, pins, bearings, tie bars, platen, and clamping mechanisms.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and mechanical failures and take corrective action.
- Carry out machine alignment, lubrication, greasing, and replacement of worn-out mechanical components.
Pay: ₹33,060.86 - ₹45,987.17 per month
