Printone is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will work closely with our Service and Accounts teams to coordinate service activities, provide timely updates, and ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Respond to customer requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
* Log, track, and update customer interactions, service requests, and complaints in the ERP/CRM system.
* Coordinate with Service Engineers, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
* Follow up with both internal teams and customers until requests are fully resolved.
* Schedule preventive maintenance visits and coordinate consumable requests.
* Maintain accurate records of service tickets, customer communications, and follow-ups.
* Prepare and share daily and weekly service reports with the Line Manager.
* Escalate unresolved issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist customers with billing inquiries, contract renewals, and account-related communications.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, or a similar role.
* Experience in the IT, technology, managed services, or printing industry is an advantage.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
* Comfortable using communication platforms such as WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
* Experience preparing quotations, service agreements, or customer documentation.
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
* Experience in the printing, office automation, or IT services industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
