Job Summary:
Homzinterio is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the company's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Post jobs on recruitment portals.
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR).
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
